Backfill Before Compacting
After installing Snap Edge paver edge restraints, backfill with soil before the final compaction of the pavers.
Removing Excess Bedding Sand to Install Edge Restraint
Snap Edge Paver Edge Restraints must be installed firmly on the compacted aggregate base. Remove excess bedding sand where the edging is to be installed with a flat shovel or mason’s trowel. Be careful not to disturb the sand setting bed.
